We invite you to a very engaging and educational seminar about Ayurveda, the ancient science of life originated in India. Ayurveda reveals what is life-sustaining and what is not, not just for the physical body, but also for our mind, heart, senses and spirit. This includes the kind of diet, lifestyle and behavior that is optimal for well-being. People become suseptible to imbalance and disorders when they don't have this knowledge or if they have it but don't implement it. Here's what you can expect to achieve by attending this workshop:

-Understand the key principles of Ayurveda

-Reconnect with who you are at the most balanced levels of mind, body and spirit

-Learn practical ways to apply the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda to your daily modern life, using food, yoga and bodywork to create a better space and address your unique needs

-Gain valuable insights and wisdom that empowers you to make better lifestyle choices and enhance your overall health and well-being

Authentic, healthy Indian food and refreshments are served, adding to the theme of East Meets West. Seminar is facilitated by Lifestyle Coach, Jamie Leigh Chan. Originally from New York, Jamie is a sought after yoga teacher, Ayurveda consultant and massage therapist who currently resides and works in San Francisco. To learn more about Jamie's classes, her private practice and the fabulous retreats she organizes to India, please visit Jamie's Website.
